What Are The Lumps On Neck Which Are Growing?

Hi I have three lumps now in my lower left neck, I noticed the first one a lil over 4 weeks ago. But now there are 3 and have been growing ever since. I have an appointment two weeks from now. Should I be seen immediately?! Also the first one; the largest, pertrudes now considerably. Advice? Thank you

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these lumps that you have reported. Because these lumps started recently and seem to be increasing in size at a rapid rate, I will suggest that you been seen earlier. This in no way requires an ER visit but rather talk to your doctors and see if you could be seen earlier. Lumps may represent adenopathies which represent several different possibilities and more information is needed to make a list of possible causes.
