The most important sign of pregnancy is the ultrasound that showed that you have a healthy pregnancy. all of the other signs like nausea, skin changes, feeling tired, bloated, fuller breasts, these are all common in pregnancy, but they may or may not be present in a healthy pregnancy. Some women have these symptoms, some women have them but they are very mild, and some don't have them at all. As long as your ultrasound showed a healthy pregnancy, and you are not having severe cramping and bleeding, your pregnancy is most likely fine. I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy! Please let me know if I can be of further help.
