What Are The Mandatory Prenatal Supplements?

Hi doctor,
I am pregnant and its being 5 weeks and my doctor have given me the following medicines .

Lutigen gold injection
miprogen 200
oosure tablets
folic acid.

i had a medical history of PCOD when an ultra sound is done... but when we tried for a baby, first time we got the result and we didn't take any treatments for PCOD. My question is whether the above mentioned medicines are required or not as i prefer a baby with less amount of medicines..
