I have pre ejaculate problem. Moreover, due to this problem, am unable to satisfy my partner, Please advice medicine name available in Karachi-Pakistan, to overcome this problem.
In addition to this I used homeopathic medicine,once, but after using that i felt uncomfortable/not normal
