What Are The Negative Interactions Between Creatine Supplements And Tobacco?
Hello, I smoke cigarettes & am wondering about possible negative interactions with creatine. Since I began taking a micronized creatine supplement my flem is much worse & it almost feels as though my cerebral spinal fluid is becoming thick. Also developed a candita problem and some skin issues. I now I need to kick the ciggs & am working on that. The creatien seems helpful with exercise but I m concerned. Thank-you, ~Steve
