What Are The Nodes Found On C4-c7 Discs?

what are "nodes" found on c4-c7 discs? At first thought only ACDF & wanted to do a Disectomy & Fusion but my doctor said no due to my low weight health condition-then the P.E.T. Scan showed nodes cancerous. What do you receommend? They are still deciding IF radiation is a option?
