What Are The Normal Semen Analysis Readings?

HI Doc I m trying to get father since two years and done semen analysis results are like this

Quantity 2cc, viscosity HIGH, Reaction ALKALINE, Liquification >1HOUR, Count 85 Million /ML,

Active 60, Sluggish 10, Non-motile 30, Pus Cell 1-2, R.B.Cs NIL, Spermatogenic cells Few, Abnormal 7%, Agglutination Present

Thanks for writing to us

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.

Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Increased liquefaction time is also due to infection.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed depending upon sensitivity report.

Other factors like sperm count,motility and morphology are normal.
