General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
Thank you for your question.

In my opinion there is nothing to worry about. Your body is not the same in every menstrual cycle. It changes depending on nutrition, stress, physical activity etc. Therefore, it may respond in different ways to the hormonal changes occurring during the menstrual cycle. Sometimes you might feel more abdominal pain, mood swings, cravings, abdominal bloating than in other cases, and that is perfectly normal.

I hope this helped.
If you notice some other complaint don't hesitate to contact me.
All the best,
Dr. Alma
