What Are The Nudgles On My Thyroid?
I have nudgles on my thyroids, I have been taking Iodine 150mcg/day. I have heard Seaweeds are very good for your thyroids also! I ve been searching on line, but I don t know what kind of seaweed I should get? They are all kinds of them and huge price range?

I read carefully your concern.
Thyroid nodules are pathology not related to iodine and should be evaluated further if the dimensions are >1 cm.
If the thyroid hormones are within the normal ranges, it means that the thyroid function is normal but there is a pathology of the thyroid structure.
A fine needle aspiration would be recommended if the characteristics of the nodules in ultrasound are suspicions and the dimensions >1 cm.
