What Are The Painful Purple Spots On My Feet?

one morning i woke up and my feet hurt so bad it was nearly impossible to walk. there are slightly purple spots on the bottom of my feet and that is where they hurt. there is one on my toe one on the outside of my foot and also one on the ball of my big toe. help me.
