What Are The Painful Red Bumps Under My Tongue?

I just started experiencing some horrible pain under my tongue this morning and every time I eat its like my jaws will lock up the whole time I eat and I have little red bumps under my tongue and it hurts to eat. Do you have any idea what this could possible be.

HI. These are called aphthous ulcers, they are very painful and normally get healed up within 3 to 5 days,.

The exact reason is not know as to why these occur.
Probable reason is colitis.
The treatment is :
Avoid too cold or too hot foods and beverages.
A course of an antibiotic,. metronidazole helps yo settle the colitis. Add multivitamin supplements and folic acid.

These should get resplvrd
