What Are The Painful Red Spots On The Tongue Followed By Cough?
My 2year old has very small red spots on her tongue and the inside off her cheek she is crying in a lot off pain I bought difflam spray but she spits it out. She had a cough last week sounded like croup, I don't no if this info helps. Thanks for any help.

The spots could be cold sores and with the cough she may have bronchitis that brought on the sores.
She needs to see a doctor for an exam and she may need a course of antibiotics
