Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your concern for the painless black spots on your back. After analyzing the query I can make out a possibility of either spot due to fungal infection or a post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation.
In your kind of cases I prefer to examine the area in person and then either give an anti-fungal cream such as clotrimazole or a de-pigmetning agent such as kojic acid. Do not try to do any home remedies as can cause aggravation of the problem rather than getting better. Wear cotton clothes to avoid sweating.
All the best.
