What Are The Pink Skin Tags On The Penis?

Hi, im a 29 year old gay male.
Since less then a year i been having these tiny skin formation on the penis area. about 4 not more.

I did my research over the net and tried to apply vinegar but didnt take that seriously after the second day after not seing any results.

I tried to remove one or two under the shower, it bleeded, after a few days my normal skin healed and the removed formations didnt appear again.Yet one small one got bigger!

I'm afraid i have genital warts, ive read about the podofilox gel.
But i'm not sure it will help and not sure if i can get it without a prescription!

(I do masturbate a lot daily), could these skin formation have anything to do with that?

Help please.
