What Are The Possibilities Of Conception After Laporactomy And Cystomy For Endometriosis?

Hi, Good day doctor. I'm Thila from Malaysia. I have endometriosis and hysterosalpingongram. I was advices to go for Laporactomy and cystomy. Can I get pregnant naturally after the operation. My doctor said he is going to remove my cyst in the ovary and the fallopian tube. my husband's sperm counting is ok. I'm 35 and my husband also is 35. please advice me.
