Hello madam, from the history you have given, it could be pre menustral symptoms or pregnancy. Sometimes the urine pregnancy test may show faintly positive line or will not turn out to be positive, this is because of low levels of beta HCG in early weeks. In that case you may have to repeat the test or due a serum beta HCG ( blood test ) for confirmation. These could also be premenustral symptoms. Hope i was helpful to you.
