From your query it is not clear that whether your problem is related or not related to TB. If you are completely fit and the same is your partner then you should look for other reasons behind this problem.
Apart from this, you should not worry much as you have tried only for three months- According to books you should give yourself some more time to get pregnant (it is serious if 12 months pass). There is also a some delay due to contraceptive measures if you have tried them before December. I will suggest you to get intimated to your partner around 14th day of your menstrual cycle as this is the most appropriate time for getting pregnant.

Hi,
Anti tuberculosis drugs are given for AFB mycobacterium tuberculosis and given in two phases. Initial intensive phase for 2 to 3 months aimed to rapidly kill TB Bacilli followed by continuation phase lasting 4 to 6 months during which remaining baccili are eliminated for prevention of relapse .
TB are categorized according to site failure, relapse , non responder , .... which you forgot to mention and treatment (duration n drugs) depends upon category of TB.
Your treatment was over and you must have verified it through diff test like AFB stain,PCR TB and chances of concieving is there. But if u still don't conceive then you should undergo some invasive procedure like diagnostic laproscopy, chromopertubation , hysteroscopy ,.... under gynecologist guidance and treated accordingly.

Thanks n regards
