What Are The Possible Treatments For Bronchitis?

I AM 50 TEARS OLD .DUE TO BRONCHITIES I PREVIOUSLY TAKEN SEROFLO 125. NOW IAM FACING BLOCKED NOSE WITH ALLERGY FORMING MUCOUS IN THROAT FOR WHICH I AM USING METASPRAY. MUCOUS NOW BLOCKING MY BRONCHO ALSO. . MY QUES .IS WHICH WILL BE BETTER VENTROLIN EITHERT SEROFLO125. I DO VERY HARD PHYSICAL, ,HEAVY WEIGHT STRENGTH EXERCISE WITH ALL YOUNG GUY AT GYM DEFYING MY PROBLEM AND NO TIME I FEEL TIRED

hi
with history of bronchitis and nasal allergy you are more prone for recurrent infections due to the sensitive airways
you can always go for seroflo 250 (a good combination of steroid & bronchodilator)whenever you have symptoms of wheeze.
metaspray works only for nasal blockage or allergic rhinitis
exercise is good for the lungs, but excessive,is not good
it can cause tiredness, fatigue & decrease the oxygen supply.
deep breathing exercises & incentive spirometry will help you out
