What Are The Precaution Should I Take To Readuce My Sgot And Sgpt Level ?
hello doc. I recently had my medical test for pre-employment medical test for automobile company. the reports was normal accept the sgot ang sgpt level. the sgot level was 258 and the sgpt level was 193. I am really tensed that it will affect my joining in the company. please tell me that can it affect in my joining and what are the precaution should i take to readuce my sgot and sgpt level ?

Your both SGPT and SGOT levels are very high and more investigations are necessary.
It shows there is some pathology in the liver.It may affect your joining the company.
You go for ultra sound of G.I.Tract and liver as there is possibility of fatty liver etc.
You go for urine test for jaundice.
You take less fat,more carbohydrate and protein.
Take rest.
Stop taking alcohol as it causes more damage to liver.
Consult your physician for further evaluation.
