Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir i can understand your concern.
i am very sorry about your condition
i am happy to know that your diabetes is under good control.
The problem your are facing is called Diabetic peripheral vascular disease(PVD).
There are few tips which will help you to have healthy feet even with PVD.
1.daily monitor your feet for any change of colour and small ulcers.
2.wipe them with a cloth every time you visit bath room, remember about space between toes
3.Use emollients when going to bed for feet.
4.in home also always ware proper foot ware.
5.once in a month meet a podiatrist who is expert in taking care of diabetic foot.
6.proper well fitted footwear is very important.
Try meeting a vascular surgeon some time there might be a single block which can be resolved by Angioplasty.
