Hello welcome to HCM.
Diabetes patients are usually more prone for infections and drug induced hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar levels).
MY ADVICE TO YOU IS

1) Check your FBS , PP2BS AND HBA1c report every 3 monthly for adequate sugar control.
2) Usually most of the drugs used for diabetes are contraindicated during pregnancy, means they can cause problems with your baby, so kindly consult a doc and replan your treatment.
3) Those mother who have diabetes have chances that her baby may be of higher weight than usual.
4)correlate between your gynecologist and diabetologist during pregnancy, u need insulins mostly during pregnancy.
Thank you.
