What Are The Precautions To Be Taken While Having Black Bruise On Hip?

I fell down the stairs 2 days ago result being a huge blue black bruise on my right hip..I do not face any difficulties while walking. I'm taking a tablet called Ace Proxyvon consisting of salts paracetamol, aceclofena+,r abeprozole sodium. What precautions do I take?
