Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1] If your ICT is negative , it shows baby has no harm.
2] I will suggest you take Inj ANTI D now as a precaution.
3] Also if USG and Doppler study show no issue please do not worry.
4] If new born baby is also found to be Rh +ve, please do not forget to take ANTI D injection within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
