What Are The Problems Of Having A 5 Times Bigger Ovary?

I was diagonised with a large right over 5 times the normal size as well there is a cyst on it.. My appt with the specialist isn't until 2 months from now and my family doc is trying to get me into someone sooner. What could be the cause of this and risk?
