What Are The Rash On My Arms And Face Along With A Cold?

Ok so three days ago I got what I thought was a cold but yesterday I woke up with a rash on my arms and feet and today I woke up with the rash on my face, neck, chest, and lower back I was thinking I had strep and the rash was scarlet fever but it looks nothing like scarlet fever it looks like bed bug bites but I don't have bed bugs I have no idea what it is it's only on my arms
