What Are The Reasons For Burning Sensation In Tip Of Tongue And Spicy Feeling For All Food?

I am an old woman. But unlike most old people, food does not taste bland too me, but always too spicy, even if there is no spice in it. The tip of my tongue burns. I settle a lot for Ensure or other bottled meals. Is there something I can do? Thanks,
