Your symptoms are suggestive of premenstrual syndrome
It is a group of symptoms linked to the menstrual cycle.It usually occurs 1 to 2 weeks before your period.
Altered hormonal levels causes this syndrome.
It is characterised by physical and emotional symptoms like feeling of
tiredness,trouble sleeping,
stomach upset,headache, backache,appetite changes ,joint or
muscle pain,tension, irritability, mood swings, and crying spells.
So,i would suggest you to adapt these measures.
1.Lifestyle changes
Exercise regularly
Avoid salt, sugary foods, caffeine, and alcohol, especially when you’re having these symptoms.
Get enough sleep.
2.Medications:
Ibuprofen.
If you do not get your next periods ,i would suggest you to take home
pregnancy test as you had unprotected sex.
