What Are The Reasons For Dizziness, Tiredness And Metallic Taste In Mouth For A Person With Hypothyroidism?

Hi ,

I have been gettig dizzy spells for the past week and a half in which i feel tired after them. I get little ones during the day but i also would get a really big one here and there... after I have a big one i get a metal taste in my mouth. . I do have pain like muscle pulls at the base of my skull.

I am hypothyroid and on hormone therapy.

I had gone through your case and i found your query is not clear like you did not mention the duration of symptoms, history of diabetes, hypertension and your age. anyway for getting the correct diagnosis you go for some investigation like CT scan of brain, sugar level, blood pressure monitoring.Hope by these investigation you will get the correct diagnosis and treatment of your problems.
