What Are The Reasons For Having Difficulty In Breathing, Dizziness And Tight Feeling In Sides?

Hi I been having trouble breathing and it feels like i can t get enough air and sometime feel dizzy and my sides get tight sometimes i had a check up about a month ago with blood and ekg evrything came back ok im not sure if its alegies or something else?
