Hello and welcome.

The cause could most probably be related to a gastric condition like gastritis, peptuc ulcer disease, hyperacidity, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), hiatus hernia, etc.

Please visit your doctor for further confirmation and management. In the meantime, so avoid oily/fried/fatty, spicy food, etc. Drink plenty of water, avoid smoking and alcohol, have 4-5 small and frequent meals instead of large ones.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
