What Are The Reasons For Having Problems With Vision And Pressure Behind Eyes?

Hi, I have noticed that my sight in one eye is deteriorating. I can't see long distances very well and it seems be getting worse over the last few weeks / months. It feels like there is some pressure behind my eye and also less vision round the edges. I'm 42

Vision dcreasing first eye to be tested for refractive error. If there is error it is to be corrected. Second problem is directed towards glaucoma but there is no pain or redness.Tension and field vision to be recorded.If there is evidence of glaucoma then gonioscopy to be done to know the type of glaucoma. If confirm then treatment to be started with consultation of eye an doctor.
