Hello and welcome to health care magic forums.
The pain in chest radiating to left arm and neck is suggestive of cardiac origin.
Usually they are associated with sweating or vomiting, but that's not necessary in small blocks.
So my advice is to visit an Emergency Department at the earliest without waiting for new episodes. They will run an ECG and some blood tests. If it's normal, then it's well and good. Since you are 52, which is a susceptible age group, we should not take chances.
Thank you for consulting with us.
