What Are The Reasons For Having Spells That Affects Equilibrium?

Yes, I have "spells" that affect my equilibrium. I've been to doctors and have had many tests run; and, no one has found anything wrong. What foods (or other ideas) could cause this? I do not experience this every day, but it's definitely frequent.

hi, do you mean you are having dizzy spells or vertigo? if yes, it can happen without any reason due to dysfunction of labrynth- an organ in your internal ear. Avoid sudden changes in posture and you will be allright. hope this helped.
