What Are The Reasons For Having Stabbing Pains In Head And Bleeding In Mouth While Brushing?

Hi I am currently experiencing stabbing pains in my head behind my right ear and it s been going on now for about 2 days... Also this morning while brushing my teeth I was bleeding in my mouth only for a few seconds, but I still have the taste of blood in my mouth... Can anyone help me? Thank you

The stabbing pain cannot be taken lightly especially as the same has persisted for 2 days continuously. You should plan for a CT scan brain if it is occuring cause of any aneurysm?
