What Are The Reasons For Increased Blood Pressure Level And Bleeding From Nose?
Last night my B/P shot up to 197 / 122 at 2:am when I went to bathroom. I started to nose bleed profusely. what could be the symptom. I had to take a dose of diuretic and Diovan 80 which I was not taking on regular basis. I m ok but feeling week very worried any home tips.

-few tips to avoid such situation
-take BP medicines regularly , monitor BP regularly and if BP high report to your doctor
-avoid cleaning of nose
