What Are The Reasons For Not Conceiving For The 2nd Time?

Hello Doctor, I was pregnant in 2012. IUFD happened few days before due date due to cord tightened around baby s neck. Now trying to conceive since last 1 year. As per gaynaec, every is ok with me and my husband. Means capable to conceive. However, Folecullar study done. Injection taken. tablets - Thyronorm, Folvite, Duphaston taken. Unfortunately not able to conceive. Please help, suggest, guide me please. why I can not conceive for the second time ??? First time conceived naturally. what s the problem for second time even after this treatment ? Is it like few women, I am able to conceive only once in lifetime and not another time ? pleeeeease advise. am very much upset.

Dear madam ,first relax dont worry.its not that you will conceive only once.your first pregnancy was natural and proceeded almost to term.so there is every possibility for you to conceive.if some unexplained cause of infertility is there you can go for artificial insemination.artificial reproductive techniques are the last resort.but I dont think you will need all these .you dont be anxious about pregnancy because anxiety and stress are also important causes of infertility.just be free as you were before the first pregnancy and follow your gynae .And at last have faith ,hope and patience.
