What Are The Reasons For Sore Gum, Swollen Lymph Node And Dry Mouth?

On Friday I noticed that my upper and lower gums on the right side of my mouth were sore and burned like a scalded feeling. I also noted that my lymph node was swollen near my right ear and jawbone. On Saturday my mouth felt extremely dry and today on Sunday the roof of my mouth has the same scalded feeling. Today I have dry mouth, scalded roof of the mouth, and swollen lymph node on the right as well as sore gums on the left. What could this be?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the periodontal abscess, and the spread of the infection,to the regional lymph nodes, and palate.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an incision and drainage of the abscess.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, and diclofenac sodium.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
