What Are The Reasons Of Having Dead Skin Around Penis Shaft Which Is Peeling And Cuts That Causes Burning Sensation?

I ve lately been having dead skin around the shaft of my penis I can peal it off as if it was dead skin on my shoulders. I put lotion on it and it goes away but I have to keep putting lotion on it for it not to show, I also get little cuts that burn wether I m having intercourse or not what is this please help me :( I m 21 years old and it s extremely embarrassing.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might behaving some fungal infection or dermatitis on your part giving this problem.
Apply anti-fungal or triple acting cream locally.
Keep local hygiene proper.
