What Are The Recurrent Episode Where My Vision Gets Blurry?

Since almost one year, once or twice per month, I get this sudden phenomenon of blurred vision followed by a headache.

The blurriness is not overwhelming, I can still see but it makes me unable to concentrate on one thing, I might describe it as a bright light positioned right next to my eye, you can feel its presence and also it blurry effect.

The blurriness lasts for about 10 to 20 minutes maximum then it goes away completely and it’s followed by a headache, not very intense but that could last for hours.

What is this ? and what could be the reason ?

Thank you.
