What Are The Red And Itchy Bumps In The Groin Area?

I have redness and rawness along with bumps and it itches badly along with a foul smell where my stomach hangs over the groin area...i have tried antibiotic cream and gold bond powder, but it isnt helping much. What could it be and what can I do for it.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might be suffering from a fungal infection.
Groin area is moist and hence prone to develop these infections.
You need treatment with antifungal powder like clotrimazole.
Anti bacterials will not help you.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
