What Are The Red Pus Filled Sore On My Labia Majora?

Hi, i shaved the other day then to red lumps came up on my labia then i shaved again a few days later and now they cover both labias just on the edge is really hard and they look like they have holes in them and a bit of puss but that only came up a few days later and as well there are really sore i cant have sex and it stings when i wee what could it be x
