What Are The Red Rings Around My Lip?

Hi Doctor............I've develop the red rings around my lips and am not sure what causes that as I saw them when I was a teenager but they dissappeared but now they r back and they r becoming worse. I do drink alcohol but occationally, I need help as um working with people and I've lost self confidence

I really appreciate your concern form the history given here if the problem of skin is chronic one then this need to be examined clinically because every skin disease demands the clinical examination and without the actual looking at the skin difficult to make the clinical diagnosis, still from the history I could say that this could be allergic condition, "Diphenhydramine" lotion can be tried, hope this information helps you, have nice a day.
