What Are The Remedies Of Dizziness And Body Ache For Female With Mirena IUD ?

23 y/o female with a Mirena IUD. Thick, snot-like discharge, some discomfort in my lower abdomen. Haven t had much of a period for a while. Constantly hungry, tired, increased frequency of headaches, nausea. Breasts a little but not overly sensitive. Should I take a HPT?

Given the symptoms, I would recommend taking a home pregnancy test even though missing periods are expected while on Mirena IUD.
