What Are The Remedies Of Nose Bleeding With Blockage ?

for the last couple weeks my nose has contantly been clogged and when i have been blowing my nose it is a little bloody but today was really bloody i have had constant head aches and sinus pressure and my doctor is currently making me take a nazal spray with i use twice a day and all this still occurs

nasal congestion and blockage resulting in forceful blowing may cause this bleeding by rupturing of nasal vasculature and capillaries. To sort out any other cause of the bleeding / epistaxis than this nasal congestion it needs an otorhinolaryngological exam and a detailed history with clinical correlation. If there has not been any such history in past i am sure it is nothing. Some nasal decongestants and avoiding such forceful nose blowing. Every thing will be back to normal.
