What Are The Repercussions Of Accidentally Cleaning Teeth With Triamcinolone Cream?

My 3 year old son brushed his teeth with triamcinolone acetonide cream up 0.1% It has been an hour a d a half, I just went into the bathroom and noticed it on the counter squeezed out. I ran to check on him (he is sleeping, ) seems fine, should I wake him to take him tongue dr?

I ask you not to worry. I feel sure that he did not swallow enough Triamcinolone to hurt himself. Please keep ALL medicines(even topicals) out of his reach.
