What Are The Repercussions Of The Accidental Additional Dosage Of Omeprazole?

Hello, I am currently taking Omeprazole for acid reflux. My prescription is a singular 40MG capsule daily. Prior to this I was taking clindamycin and I was required to take 2 pills at a time. Without thinking this evening I took two of the 40MG omeprazole tablets. My question is if that is a dangerous amount and if I should seek medical attention?

Hey, Omeprazole is one of the safest medications around here. You don't need to worry about 2 tablets of omeprazole.
Upto 160mg/day is a safe dose of omeprazole.

Have a nice day ahead.
