i had a vagina swab test and the result came back as ;creamy white discharge ,it has no offensive odor and has no blood, microscopy: pus cells 2-3hpf, epithelial many, yeast + and T. vaginalis Nil and culture ; significant growth of Staphylococcus aureus isolated after 24hrs of incubation at 37 degrees

Go for appropriate antibiotic medicine course as prescribed by your doctor.
