The seizures are now more frequent, every 2 weeks or so, they are grand mal and presently keeping him from working. He s at his wits end. Do you have any suggestions?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Seizures after valve replacement need urgent scans of the brain as they raise the possibility of clots in the brain. He should also do all the necessary work for seizures, and should be started on drugs to control his seizures.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman,
