What Are The Risk Of STI After Unprotected Sex?

What is the risk of STIs when having unprotected genital contact (without penetration), while my partner is on her 1st day of menstruation and we both rubbed against each others privates whilst in the shower with water always on? I'm a 27 y.o. male, 190 lbs, no known diseases.

thank you for query.there are more chances of stds transmission during cycles especially to female counterpart.running water may reduce the chances of transmission. It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.it also depends on disease state of the partners.
