What Are The Risks Associated With Unstable Angina?
i experienced difficulty for breathing, heaviness in chest and admitted to a super speaciality hospital in hyderabad in 2006. after angiogram, i am well treated and diagnosis is : Apical HCM, GOODLV FUNCTION, NORMAL CORONARIES.
I WAS TREATED FOR UNSTABLE ANGINA WITH IV NTG, HEPARIN, ANTI- ANGINALS AND ANTI-PLATELET MEDICATIONS.
till now i am under medications and once a year i am visiting my cardiologist to cardiologist. only thing is i am not doing walking as suggested by my doctor from the last 2 years. what is the risk factors if i do not do walking ?

walking or any form of exercise is good for health that's the reason your Cardiologist has advised for it.If you can't go for a walk you can run on treadmill
